The automatic loading system is an equipment designed to place raw materials, intermediate products or finished products in containers by generating a vacuum inside a collecting tank,which is located above it. When loading the collecting tank, a valve is opened that allows the loaded product to enter the interior of the container.

Its system consists of a side-channel regenerative turbine fitted with a stainless steel collection tank –with a sanitary finish– that includes Teflon fabric bag filters and is mounted on a fully washable stainless steel plate.

This equipment also has a 20-micron paper safety pre-filter –stainless steel casing and connection accessories– to which is added a flap-type product discharge valve with pneumatic drive and sanitary seal.

Lastly, it has non-toxic PVC antistatic interconnection hoses together with an automatic cleaning system that consists of a buffer tank equipped with high-flow solenoid valves for the injection of airflow for subsequent cleaning.
