It consists of a structure with a curved base for the support of the Big-Bag, added to fastening corner pieces. It has a manually operated valve integrated for opening in dosing processes to packaging equipment.

Its transport and storage is fast and safe, moving with forklifts and being able to stack up to 4 units to program the packaging processes.

Normally, these magnetic separators are placed before or after the screening process. They are also installed during the unloading of finished products or unloading of raw materials. For example, in the case of “Big Bag Unloader”, they are used to retain magnetic materials before the mixing process.
