in liquids with the force of a liquid vapor generated by
a full vacuum with minimal air entrainment.
The design of the rotor and stator allows a lump-free product to be obtained,
thanks to the strong shearing effect, which translates into excellent homogenization.
One of the most outstanding aspects of this equipment is that allows to add, in a single step, up to 25% solid concentrations
including products that are difficult to disperse, such as hydrocolloids,
cellulose gum, etc. This way, it´s not necessary to heat the liquids or add
solvents.
